I have had a bay alarm system for a few mo this now and have actually had to use it just one time just yesterday. A scary situation is what prompted me to get this alarm in the first place. I had just recently gotten home with my new service dog and was showing her the yard boundaries while scooting around on my scooter when I caught the outer edge of the grasses end and toppled over into the woods. My phone went right over with the basket, I live alone and no phone, in the woods on the ground. Having the alert system provides a sense of security. I don't have the fear of falling and not having assistance getting up and back into my wheelchair. I've been very pleased with the service of Bay Alarm Medical.
My brother-in-law has had his alarm for a couple of years and has used it a number of times. I am a contact person for my brother-in-law and have been contacted right away by Bay Alarm Medical when the alarm button is pushed. Although Bay Alarm Medical is located all the way across the country from us, there has never been a delay getting help when needed.
Have not needed the alarm for emergency but have great peace of mind knowing that I can get help whenever I need it.
THe personnel and product are reliable and easy to access.
I sleep much better knowing that I am protected.

My 81 year old mother lives alone. I have worried about her falling for years. I feel much better knowing she can get help on the way when needed. She loves to test her system so she knows it is working. Thanks! Karla M.
My Dad is 88 years old and has had many falls. He has had several physical address moves since my Mother died in March, but, with each move, all information was successfully transferred and testing was correct. I have to work an 8:00 - 5:00 job 5 days a week, without this system, I could not work with the peace of mind that I have today as a result of having this system.
This system works as advertised, easy to use, quick response by rep's when needed and very professional rep's. Would recommend Bay Alarm to anyone needing this type of system. We used it for my 103 year old M-I-L until she passed away. The Bay Alarm gave her comfort even though she lived with us and was never alone.
I am unsure of how many stars to give this company. I was paying yearly by credit card for the service. When I received an e mail that my card did not work for the yearly payment (I had cancelled my card due to it being compromised) I called the company to cancel the service, but told them I would pay for unpaid previous month of service and then for them to cancel my yearly contract. The customer service rep said I would have to pay for the year in advance and then send back the unit for the cancellation to take place. I am very pleased with Bay Alarm. Thankfully my mother-in-law has not had to use it! We feel she is secure when she is by herself.
