Have not yet had to use it but the customer service has been awesome!!!
Good radius but instead of asking what my address is they say it. So anyone could act like me.
My mother lives alone and I trust Bay Alarm to be there for her when needed. They have called me and others on my contact list when they have a problem getting in contact with her. I really feel like the money that I pay is worth it to keep my mom safe. Thanks
I selected Bay Alarm Medical due to the positive reviews and we have not been disappointed. Thank goodness my husband has not taken a fall when he has been alone. Inadvertently, when doing some work around the house, he hit the wrist alarm and Bay Alarm was contacted.
They immediately responded to the contact and were certain to make sure that he was fine. Thus far, I would highly recommend.
I got this service for my 84 year old mother. Thank God I did. I live out of state, but now at least with Bay Alarm Medical Alert, I feel more at ease than I ever have. She has used the service twice now and they were right there on the spot.

We got the basic Bay Alarm for my mom who lives with me but is alone all day while I am at work. Not a week later she fell down in the backyard and was unable to get up. She pressed her button and was connected with a Bay Alarm operator. This was already impressive since she was outside and the base unit is inside. It picked up the sound BETTER than advertised! The operator made sure she didn't need an ambulance then called the people on her call list. When they couldn't get the first person on the list, they moved on to the next person, all the while talking to my mom, reassuring her and making sure she did not need immediate medical assistance. My mother fell and used it for the first time .... As soon as she pressed that button someone was speaking with her within seconds... They had paramedics there in minutes!... I definitely recommend Bay Alarm Medical Alert !!
