Bay Medical is the second medical alert firm that I have used. Bay Medical is overwhelmingly the better choice. The very first advantage is that BM doesn't have a contract limiting your choice and that seems to make the firm very responsive to questions and routine tests of the equipment. My first choice required a five year contract and were extremely difficult to contact and we were often hampered by long waits in answers to our help response.
The initial contact and requirements to join were seamless and extremely easy.
The cost is reasonable and the service has been great so what else can you ask for? Nuthin honey
Very disappointed in this company. My mother passed away before we could even set this up, and we sent back the unused equipment, and go nothing back. Would've been decent and humane to offer a refund in such a case.
Recently signed on for my mother. Ordering and installing was easy. A little less mail would be better for us as my mom is easily confused.
I have never had to use it, but accidently turned it on when I was dusting. It worked, :)!

It was necessary for me to use the medical alert system for the first time. I was very pleased with the quick response from Bay Alarm Medical. I explained that this was not an emergency but I needed lift assistance. This information was relayed to the first responders and my emergency contact person. Assistance was provided in a timely manner.
The service every time I call the service has been very good. I use this just for security in case I do fall and when I tested a person right away Contacts me .it's a little pricey but at least it's peace of mind
They are always professional, and answer my call immediately.
As a new subscriber I have not had a chance to use the services provided. Thank goodness! The signup process was very straightforward and the connection process also very uncomplicated. A couple of questions I had were answered over the phone very quickly and in a friendly manner. In short, at this time I would be happy to recommend Bay Alarm Medical to anyone in need of such a service.
