I would highly recommend Bay Alarm Medical Alert. We have had Bay Alarm for approximately one year and have been very happy with the response to alerts as well as customer service issues.
After reviewing various medical alarm companies, I choose Bay Alarm for my mother. She wears the fall detection necklace. She can either push the button when she needs help, or if she falls, it somehow knows this & they contact her through the receiver box to check her status. The staff that respond are always professional and prompt, offering to call an ambulance if necessary. The service has been a Godsend for my mother & also for my peace of mind. I would strongly recommend this company. I also feel it is reasonably priced.

I am pleased with the help my son in law was given in setting up the system. It was so easy. He accidentally hit the button on the day he installed it for me and the response was immediate and loud enough for me to hear. I appreciate the comfort of knowing help will be on the way immediately if I fall again. It is nice to have the bracelet as an alternative to wear. Thank you Bay Alarm Medical Alert.
The service is great. The price is competitive, and I recommend it to all of my mother's neighbors.

Find the wrist band material really doesn't do well with water and I should not have worn it in the shower. Have also managed twice to wrap my wrist on something and set off a call by accident!
Will look to wear the pendant and see if that might be the better option for me.

After falling this past February, I sustained a fractured skull,a concussion, and hematoma. Since that time I have taken PT and suffered a second fall, striking my head again. It set me back, so that I had to start my PT regime again. This. Made me realize that a medical alert system was in order, since I continue to experience spells of vertigo. Now that that I have signed on with Bay alarm medical, I am comforted knowing that I am just a use of a button away from getting needed help. So far so good. I haven't had the need to call for help, but the alarm says me gives the confidence and assurance that I need.
We are satisfied with service. I feel like the initial information should be able to be done by email and not have to be mailed in.
I am very pleased with both the device and the people at Bay Alarm Medical. I've had my system for about three years now and for someone who lives alone, it provides me with an added layer of security should I find myself in need of help. One time my system went off by accident and the people at Bay Alarm Medical were so nice about it. They patiently helped me figure out what may have triggered the alarm (most likely my cat) and also noticed something that they needed to update in my account.
