It is great comfort to know with my father is 400 miles away, we have Bay Alarm to rely on and always be there for us. My father has fallen and activated the alarm within minutes I was called and notified 911 was called and responding. it was awesome. Bay Alarm is professional and reliable.

I got this for my 94 year old father in law..He still lives at home on the farm. We have used it several times and it is wonderful. Very reliable and the service is impeccable! Thank you for the peace of mind it brings!
After researching numerous personal alarm companies, I finally settled on Bay Alarm Medical Alert. My dad is 98 years old and needed something simple, light and easy to use. This system is perfect for him. Though he has never needed to push his alarm button, he did set it off one time by accident. The machine worked perfectly and a voice came on to ask if he was ok. I appreciate the simplicity, the timeliness and the peace of mind the medical alert offers.
Bay Alarm is peace of mind. I've accidently pushed the button a few times and hearing a friendly voice assured me that someone would be there to answer a call for help.
Have just set this system up for my mother. It was quick and easy to do. I'd had many conversations with the representative prior to signing on and she was very helpful and thorough describing all the options and making helpful recommendations.
I received a call from a rep telling me my grandmothers alarm was activated and they were unable to connect with her and they dispatched an EMT. Your rep remained professional and calm while being empathetic at the same time. Thankfully it was a false alarm but your rep was amazing!

Since I had an accident falling, my children started me on this system. I haven't needed it, thank goodness, so far. However, I have accidently pressed the button. A quick response from your company have called me to see if I needed anything. I told them that I accidently sent a distress call--my dog hit the alarm, I banged the alarm. They were very understanding, checking my name and address. I am pleased with your company. I would like to know how to wash the string since it has gotten dingy.
