If I could give more stars I would. I have peace of mind when I leave the house for work each morning, knowing that if my elderly Mother needs help if she falls, or is in some other kind of distress, all she has to do is push a button and a voice comes over the line asking her if she needs help. I don't worry like I used to before we had the medical alert. It's saved me money by not having to have someone come in the house to stay with my Mother during the day. I feel like I have extra help caring for my Mother when I'm not there. I know that she can get help very easily utilizing Bay Alarm. Thank you Bay Alarm!!

Hi, I am the daughter of your client, Virginia Johnson in Templeton Calif, and to me this has given Mom the chance to live life a little more independently, for she will be 97 on 12-5. She is very active on her ackerage & orchard. With it working a good distance from the house she still feels safe in going out,,, but what if??? and this tiny little divice makes it a possibility & gives her, & I, the confidence she should have to be safe & not alone if she were to need help. I and my family very much appreciate your technology for all your clients & family. Thanks again Marietta Johnson Gilway

Bay Alarm Medical did what was expected when my mother bumped the sensor by mistake (for whom I purchased the system). I feel confident that my mother's in good hands w/ them.

I am very pleased with the service. I really appreciate that when I lose power, as has happened, my unit does not go down and tells me to check the telephone wires! This is a very important feature, and last time this happened, it was my unit that told me my power had gone down. Very good customer service!

Last May I was going to a small room above my garage I fell and broke my shoulder in two places. I have Parkinsons and I am 83 years old and I fall a lot, As I closed two steel doors behind when I started up the stairs. I did not know if after pressing the button , it was going to set off the alarm or not, I had to press that button about twenty five times. Sorry about that guys.

I have accidently set off my alarm three times and have received prompt attention each time. Also I was having electrical work done and when the electricity wss turned off I received a call. When I did not answer the first call they notified my daughter. You cannot ask for better proof of service. Some day I may need real help and I know Bay Alarm will be there.. Thank you, Catherine West

I am very satisfied with Bay Alarm Medical Alert. The cost is competitive with other services and the equipment furnished has worked to my satisfaction. The few times that I have lost phone service Bay Alarm has let me know. I have not had an emergency but every time I leave my home to work on outdoor projects I wear my alert button. I have tested the button several times at different distances from the receiver and it has worked great every time. Prior to joining Bay Alarm I researched the service and it rated very high in every area.
