Easy to use and very effective.
Realized after posting my review that only 4 1/2 stars are showing in the rating. My mistake! I intended to rate Bay Alarm with the full 5 stars which they deserve. The best provider out there for personal alarms.
My mother has been wearing bay alarm medical alert for over 5 years. We feel so much better knowing that if she needs assistance all she has to do is push the button. She wears her alert everyday. It is affordable and we have not experience any problems at all.
Bay Alarm has a long record in the market of home medical alert systems. The product is excellent and easy to use. They encourage you to test your unit monthly by simulating an emergency (press the alert button on your unit or wristband). The staff are very quick to respond, friendly and helpful. Best of all, they are very competitively priced. In fact, if you do your ju, you will probably find they have the best price. Don't be fooled by the well-advertised competitors on TV. You know who pays for all that expensive advertising? Their customers! You won't be disapywith Bay Alarm. My mom has had hers for 18 months. We couldn't be more pleased.

I was very pleased with Bay Alarm Medical Alert. We held off bringing in a monitoring device for quite a while and I wished we had added it earlier. The bracelet gave my Dad more freedom and helped us to sleep better at night. He used the button several times and we were called immediately. Bay Alarm Medical personnel were professional and friendly. This is an excellent service for those wishing to retain their independence!
I have not yet had to use my alarm in an actual emergency, but I have had many false alarms. The response time is very fast and the person on the other end is always very understanding and patient with me. I feel very confident in the service should there be an actual emergency.
Lukly I have not had the need to use my alert system. I did lose my power and Bay Alarm called to make sure all was well. I am convinced tjhey will be there for me should an emergency occur.
I live with my 89 year old mother and when I leave for work I feel secure that she is being looked after with the help of bay alarm medical. I have just upgraded her system to the one that if she falls someone will be here real quick. Thanks
A few times our phone line has disconnected and each time it resets, a rep from Bay Alarm has immediately come over the speaker to check on my mother. We are so happy with your service!
