Easy to set up. Love it

From ordering to installation, every step was user friendly. I am sure my family is happy with our purchase and their peace of mind.
The service has been very helpful for my mom it's truly a life saver.
I signed up for Bay when my father, age 95, who lives alone, fell and needed help. Bay was quick to sign up with and the system was easy to assemble. I originally set it up with my credit card and had it transferred over to my dad's billing at a later date.
My dad did have to use it once when he fell and both myself and my dad's neighbor received a call straight away, thank you!
Bay is simple and easy.

Hi - Bay Alarm has given me a wonderful feeling of security. I wear my 'alarm' around me neck all the time. Have never had to use it for an emergency (thank goodness!). But it is always there for me and I know it. Have even mistakenly pushed the alarm button while dusting and they have always been right on the ball. Efficient and very pleasant; as happy as I was that it was not an emergency.
Recommend it without any reservations....L...
Arrived very quickly. Easy to set up. Did test call and was answered very quickly, confirmed info and made sure it was a test a couple of times and everything was ok.
Thankfully I have not had to use yet. However, while setting it up we had no signal and moved rooms and the lady eventually answered but she did not realize we were just setting it up and testing and she had already sent the emergency crew! At least we know it works!
I am very pleased so far with your service. No emergencies but it gives me peace of mind. And not to mention the price is very reasonable.
This is a review for my mom's Bay Alarm Medical Alert. We bought this for her after she came home from the hospital. This is a product that hopefully never has to be used but when she did need it (she fell). Pushed the button and the call center responded in a few seconds. The paramedics were there quickly and helped her get back up and everything was fine. I sleep better at night knowing someone will be there if she would need help. Thank you Bay Alarm! -Mike P. So far very pleased! Everyone seems very helpful and kind when speaking to my Mother! Her lanyard when off accidentally one time, and it did shake her up a bit. But she is getting used to everything still and they were very reassuring on the other end!
