I recently had a false alarm with my emergency button. People appeared within minutes and in minutes all my 'contacts" we're contacted. Everyone said they were very impressed with your associates.
My mom has received excellent service since we signed her up for her Bay Alarm. She was contacted directly during a power outage, which made her feel safe and cared for. Thank you for that!!
Bay Alarm has given me the reassurance I need when my mother is alone. And as active 90 year old, my mom still does everything she can and then more. So keeping you with her while managing my own family has been very stressful. Thank goodness for Bay Alarm. She wears her necklace religiously which has provided a level of comfort to all of us. I was concerned that she wouldn't want to wear it, but once she put it on, she hasn't stopped wearing it - and that's another thank you to Bay Alarm. I recommend them to everyone every chance I get.
Very good service & persons who answer seem kiind & caring. Oddly enough the only abrupt person I' have had was the only female I have had. My only calls have been false alarms.
Always answer immediately when called.

Fortunately I have not had to use the medical alert system. However, when I call to do my monthly testing the customer service people are pleasant, helpful and professional. My son picked this system for me and it gives him peace of mind knowing I have it.
My father wanted to be on his own and i was very leery about what might happen in case of an emergency. Unfortunately, he had three and each time the Bay Alarm team members were there and did exactly what they said they would do. they were prompt, very calm, followed through and then checked back to make sure everything was okay. I cannot say enough about how good they were. My father died and it was only with this service and partnership, that we were able to let him live the way that he wanted to live.
EXcellent service.Quick response time, although times we used system we were testing or a child hit the panic button.
