Love knowing that my 93 yo friend is able to call for help if ever needed. Bay Alarm has been great to work with providing great service when I needed to return something because I gave them the wrong information. They were quick to send out the needed replacement and help us get everything set up. Before going with Bay Alarm, I did a lot of research and am glad I choose them. Highly recommend.
It was so easy and pleasant to become a member. But, over two weeks ago, I called and asked for information on their new GPS service and the nice rep told me I would receive a package. No response yet! A surprising lack of response especially since Medic Alert is adverting heavily. Now what?

I researched the best system and found Bay Medical at the top of the list. I wanted to insure that after my Dad died last July that my 92 year old Mom, living alone in her home, would be able to remain there. I myself needed peace of mind that my Mom could reach out and touch help anytime. Bay Medical gave me that feeling of security as well, not living close to my Mom. Set up was a breeze and the reps and the technicians were like talking to friends who really showed concern for my Mom's safety. wonderful people!! Very professional, my dog stepped on the alarm button and I received a call right away checking, if we need help. I feel very comfortable leaving my mom at home alone with the Bay Alarm Medical service.

We have had nothing but great experiences with Bay Alarm Medical. There have fortunately been no accidents, but my mother has pushed the button by mistake on a couple of occasions and they have been immediately responsive, with polite and professional representatives who efficiently verify her safety and confirm her information. The speaker is loud enough so that she can hear it throughout the house. It gives both her and us great piece of mind to know that they will be there if anything does happen.
