I am relieved to have the services offered, but, when demonstrating the Medical Guardian Alert response to my son, it's mym and my son's belief that the response to my "test" took far too long. ( I had Advent Security System in my home prior to my move to this apartment. They always answered by the third ring. Just mentioning it because you asked for a comment.

On occcasion, when I've tested the call button, the dispatcher who answers can't hear me, but I can hear him or her clearly. When he or she calls me back on the unit, everything is fine--clear, good volume, no issues. In the most recent test I did last week, there was no issue with the dispatcher not being able to hear me when I pressed the button.
Battery life is terrific. I often go three days without recharging--best I've seen among products like these.
Dispatchers and sales staff are very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful.
I feel so much more confident having a Medical Guardian. If I have a medical emergency, help is only a push button away.
I haven't had to use your services, but when I did a trial test you were efficient and courteous.
I want to Thank Medical Guardian Medical Alert for my sense of security.
I can go out and know if I need medical assistance it is there with a push of a button. I do not have to know the address because the GPS will find me.
I now go out more and enjoy life!
I decided to contact Medical Guardian after ending up in the hospital again because of medical problems I have. My family and friends have been worried about my safety after losing my husband two years ago. I have fallen several times in the last two years and the last time really scared me so I knew it was time to look into having an easy way to get help. Within a month or so after beginning to use the Medical Guardian, my husband lost his balance while arising from his lift chair and the chair fell over on top of him. While trying to help him, I fell. I pushed the button and told our problem. A little while later the fire department was inside the front door asking where we were. They got us up and checked our vitals and locked the door. Our medical info was on the refrigerator magnets which came with our kit.
My husband has the Medical Guardian with the portable transmitter. He does all the shopping and I know he is being watched over while he is out.
My daughter said that one use was worth the price.
Having lived alone for 25 years, I can truly say I don’t feel alone anymore now that I have Medical Guardian. It’s great to have peace of mind that in an emergency all I have to do is press a button. Their response is immediate and courteous. Thank you Medical Guardian.
I have nothing to compare MG too. But, as my first experience and without any need to activate, this system was easy to set up and appears to be "ready to work" if needed. I need to make sure that my mom in law does her monthly tests.
At first I wouldn't have even given you guys a 3 star but after talking to Customer Service and how helpful they were I did at least do that. When my Mom fell on April 27th at 4am the operator took the information, hung up from my Mom which lives alone since my Dad passed on Feb. 1, and called me. My husband and I were out of town (2 1/2 hours away) and was told Mom had fallen and couldn't get up. I hung up and called the people that was helping watch her. Then the operator called back about 10 min. later and said my Mom had called a second time.
