The company had a special offer on the website for two months free with a promotional code. I signed up and entered the code and the special promotional code was not accepted. I called the company and selected to speak with someone in billing. I waited on hold and then eventually hung up. Today is my first experience :/

I have not had to use it yet. I am very happy how it arrived and it was easy to set up. I am very satisfied with it, but one thing I wish it had is a monthly check to see if it is working. The light on the base flashes different colors all the time and I am never sure if it is working. Is it alright for me to push the button once in a while to check to see if it is working? Thank you very much. Carolyn Hadley

On February 15 my husband fell in our house he wears your bracelet and push the button two or three times no response from your service. He spend five hours in the floor before he could crawl to a phone and call for help as a result he is still in a wheel chair so we are very desapointed about your product. Sometimes it seems like it takes a while for an operator to answer. Haven't tested it away from home yet but hope to do so this weekend. Also wish you didn't have to carry a separate phone system but have it all in one wrist band or pendant.

Happily, I have not had to actually "use" the system but the system arrived quickly, was easy to set up and gives me a sense of comfort knowing that I can reach help quickly.

The minute I placed the medical alert pendant around my neck, I felt safe, secure and protected at home in the event of an accident, especially while taking a shower.

I lived by myself since the death of my wife late December of last year. My kids and I were concerned that I was now by myself (73 years old) and needed something to alert someone if I had fallen and couldn’t get up or had a medical emergency. After some extensive research by my kids and myself, we collectively decide that Medical Guardian was the best choice to place the support of my life in. I have been using their mobile device since January of this year and it has proven to be very durable and reliable. I play golf three times a week and not only does it provide emergency services for me but also for anyone else in my group! It acts like a 911 call. I always explain the use of... Read More

So far I feel that my Stepmoms feeling safer, knowing there's a way to get help if she falls. But when we did a test Monday, it took a while before we got an answer. Also she's got bad hearing and some people can't understand her. That part worries me.
