I obtained my brother's medical alert [both the necklance and bracelet] about 4 months ago becaue he had sustained 3 falls and lives by himself. He hasn't had an incident since he has had the medical alert. However, knowing he has this alert system has removed the great fear he had of falling and having no way to call for help. It has been a huge relief for me because I no longer worry he may fall and perhaps hurt himself and/or lay on the floor for hours with no recourse for help. Thank you!
Have never had to use my medical guardian. Great peace to know you’re here when I’m alone. I am on a blood thinner, and recently turned my knee causing blood to collect in my knee joint. Knowing help was there if I needed it was reassuring. When I do my monthly test the operator always asks twice of anyone needs helps. How supportive. My neighbor recommended Medical Guardian and another couple also joined. Thanks for being here.
The only thing I don't like is the fact that the button is only good for alerting the company that I need assistance. I wish I could speak to the button to say what the problem is. By the time the police come and then the ambulance, time is wasted.

Alice, thank you for the feedback. You are correct that you cannot speak directly through your Classic Guardian neck pendant. We do have other options where you can speak directly through the pendant itself. A member of our Customer Care team will reach out to discuss other options with you. Have a great evening.
I would rather have a system that I didn't have to remember to take the "main" component out of it charging stand and take it with me every time I leave my house. I need a system that is "good" for more than "the size of a football field" to be of use in an emergency. To me, this system is "only good for as long as I am in my home unless I carry rhe main component fully charged with me wherever I go". I am planning on relocating to another state soon and do plan on changing my "emergency" plan coverage with another company. Patricia Lowrey

We have other units for on the go use that may better suit your needs as they are all-in-one devices. I have been very pleased with Medical Guardian. when I shopped for a medical alert device, Medical Guardian was unquestionably the most professional,and their operators are most professional when I make a test call. The half-star is because on one test the device did not work. To their credid, Medical Guardian was able to reset the device quickly and I've had no problems since. I would recommend their service.
We had a thunderstorm and my elderly mother had water leak under her door. She fell and tried to activate the alarm but it would not work because her phone line was out of order from the storm. Very disappointed. If people don't have a working land line then this may not be the best option

I am no longer just safe in my home and yard. I can go anywhere with my compact {fits in pocket or purse}base. very good battery life and quick recharge time.
System performs as promised. No issues. accidentally pushed alarm. First responders were there promptly.
My parents purchased two MEDICAL GAURDIANS last year.
Luckily they haven't needed to use it. However I feel much more at ease knowing they have it.
When discussing purchasing the MEDICAL GAURDIAN (s), with the sales associate, I believe his name was Michael. Was very helpful in going over the costs and such. He was very patient with me.
I would recommend MEDICAL GAURDIAN to my family & friends.

Every time I have reached out to Medical Guardian has had excellent customer service. I have spoken to a worker named Ryan on more than one occasion and he has always gone above and beyond to answer any questions I or my client may have.
