I recently purchased the Medical Guardian system for my mother. The customer service has been excellent and the system was very easy to set up and understand how to use. Although she has only had the system for a week, we are very satisfied with the service and the product. I will now have some piece of mind when I am not close by. Thank you Medical Guardian!
We needed a medical alert for our aging father as he has had a couple of falls. I researched most of the medical alert companies. I called Medical Guardian as they were one of the top rated companies. I talked with Jeff and he was so helpful. I really appreciated his knowledge, kindness and understanding of our situation. We received the unit and it was so easy to setup. We now have so much more peace of mind knowing that dad can get immediate help if needed. Thank you Medical Guardian!
It seemed like it happened overnight, mom had began to grow a bit weak. She still lives on her own but now we all have the Peace of Mind that with Medical Guardian she can get the help she may need immediately. She feels very secure in her own home again. Thank you Medical Guardian.
It was quick and easy to set up the alert machine.Employees are knowledge able and friendly.
This is very easy to set up and the staff very nice and knowledgeable.
The first shipment did not work so called and the rep promptly sent out a new set. After
it arrived my 82 year old mother decided that this was too fancy for her and also too costly (I had talked her into paying for the entire year, plus the insurance and the GPS tracking). She took it upon herself to call and after talking to the young gentleman, with whom she was very pleased, he reduced her bill and convinced her that she does want all the bells and whistles. Both my mom and I are very pleased with the customer service. Thank you. Hopefully we will have everything up and running soon and can report back on the usage!
I would like to personally thank Madison Diablo for helping us and mom set up the premium medical guardian alert system! Mom loves it! Everyone at Medical Guardian was extremely helpful,answered all of our questions and want over all aspects of ordering,billing and receiving moms alert system. There was not any high pressure sales either or any hidden fees etc. Medical Guardian explained everything and it all was very clear and concise. Thank You all
