I love my medical alert buttons. I live alone I'm in a wheelchair and I have a lot of medical problems. I'm only 45 years old but now I'm not scared to go outside because you can find me. I'm not afraid to live alone because all I have to do is push a button and help is on it's way. I got the equipment really fast after ordering it. Very easy to set up. Activation was easy and the lady I spoke with was very nice and knowledgeable.
Have had Great customer service with whatever questions that needed to be answered. Have not had to use it yet but knowing they are there for me is a great confort . The pendent and transponder are so light I don't know that I have them on.

I want you to know that I chose Medical Guardian because the first time I called to get info, I had the pleasure of getting Felecia Ott as my safety consultant. She was so incredibly nice and helpful to me - as this was my first phone call to any medical alert device company. After talking to her, I really didn't need to think much further on my decision to choose Medical Guardian. She gave me her direct number - so I called her a few days later, and she again was very helpful and got me set up with the equipment needed that I will be installing to keep my mother safe. I would like Felecia to get the recognition she deserves for being such a great safety consultant for me.
I'm a 64 year old woman who has a couple of different medical issues & had thought of trying one of these services since my husband still works full time so I'm alone most of the week. So when I checked on Medial Guardian, I very quickly got a response from a really nice lady named Michele Zeimer who gave me a lot of information, but I wanted to wait until I talked this over with my husband. She called me back the very next day & we decided to go with the in home unit to start with. Once the decision was made, my equipment arrived very quickly & we were able to get it set up & activated. Haven't gotten my unit yet but if the service is as good as my representative is I will very happy with them, I look forward to dealing with Medical Guardian
