the device arrived last week but i had been so busy i didn't activate it to just this week. my concerned daughters ordered it for me. neither was available to 'help me' get it set up as i thought that was going to be a big job. it was so simple, plug it in, charge it, call the customer number, very nice operators on other end have always been so patient and helpful. it was set up in no time at all. if i have any questions i know i can depend on someone answering with as much courtesy.it was far easier than i anticipated and i really didn't need daughter to help. i have not had it on long enough to put it to test, thank goodness. but i wear it all times but to bed, when it can be charged... The staff at Medical Guardian, especially Len H., my contact and Safety Advisor, were FANTASTIC! It is hard to find a company these days that was willing to go the extra mile for us and help with our group of 30 elderly parishioners who needed the alert systems in their homes. They were extremely patient, shipped out our systems very quickly, all the documentation was typed and in the individual's boxes. The activation process was fast and easy. I purchased this for my mother. She's been falling and even though there are emergency pull cords in her independent senior living apartment, I wanted her to have a pendant for an easier call for help. The unit arrived within a few days and was very easy to activate.
I love this Medical Guardian system i now have piece of mind when i am away from my loved one. The people at Guardian are extra friendly and very helpful and real easy to get in touch with.The system is super easy to use and set up I recommend this system to everyone you can't go wrong using it. Thanks for a great product.
Bill Corson was wonderful. He explained everything to me and was
extremely patient with all my questions. I was sure I was getting the
right system for my needs. I will certainly tell my friends about him when they are ready for to take the plunge.
When the system arrived I called to activate it. I unfortunately don't remember the woman's name. She too was great and walked me through the process. We had a small problem locating the bracelet. She hung up, took care of it and called me right back and it was fixed. I look forward to workong with the company, hoping I never have a reason to need them
Ordered a unit for my Mother's home. The agent on the phone was so helpful that I can not say enough good things about my experience with this company. I had previously called a competitor and got verbally assaulted and actually accused of parental abuse over the phone. (Without saying their name...I think you know who I'm referring to, I just wanted to be able to reach through the phone and slap that woman's face. She deserved it!) Anyway, Medical Guardian treated our case with respect and professionalism. I am grateful for their assistance.

After a significant amount of research, I called Medical Guardian based on their consistent placement as the #1 medical alert system for 2016. That call was one of the best calls that I have made for providing the peace of mind that my family now has knowing my elderly mother is protected. After speaking with Harry on the phone exploring all of the options, benefits, and plus/minuses of the different systems, I decided on the Home Guardian system with fall protection. Customer service has been very helpful. The unit works very good. I'm only concerned about the operator being able to hear my father if he falls the full 600 yards away in another room. It would be great if the neck piece had a microphone too!
