Pretty amazing - Ordering was quick, easy, fast and cost very reasonable. My husband was setting up device for his mother and didn't think it was activated, as he hadn't yet called to activate. He had her push the neck button and in five minutes ambulance and fire trucks arrived. Since the modem was set up in the basement, as that's the only other available place with a phone line and electrical outlet, they could not hear what the operator said. My mother-in-law was skeptical about the device but was sold when ambulance and fire trucks arrived.
The representative was informative and very helpful.
I purchased Medical Guardian for my brother after very carefully researching a number of other companies. They had the best and most complete system for the money. When I called to place the order the representative was so knowledgeable and helpful in getting everything set up. My brother hasn't received his system yet, but both he and I will be much more comfortable knowing he will be safely monitored in the event of a dangerous situation.
I keep getting all these e-mails & I haven't even received My package yet.
After having a bad experience with a previous company, so far Medical Guardian has exceeded my expectations. My rep Katie has been there for me every step of the way and has made herself very available to me. I look forward to using your company and continuing to be happy!
Activation was easy with the help of your technician. Very good instructions as to how the system works. We did a test run and I was impressed as to how quick the response was. I am sure I made the right decision to go with Guardian.
I am really pleased with the medical guardian device it gives me a sense of relief knowing my mom I s safe and we received the device the same day she came out of the hospital which was good thank you!
Have not had to use ! Thank the good Lord. Buying and set up was so simple. I bumped my button on first night and response was immediate. So glad I did this since I live alone
I have only been with Medical Guardian for about a week. They were most helpful in working with me to set up my unit. The Customer Service person was knowledgible and patient and reviewed the usage of the unit explaining each area. The voice on the call box is loud and distinct.
I ordered this for my Mom. I was given great service. We should be ready to use this in a week.
