Received Medical Guardian hardware and have activated it. Extremely pleased with services, support, and devices. Highly recommend.
Everything was done in decent order your sales representative was very professional and answered all my questions concerning the cost and the equipment .
We just received the unit yesterday. I attempted to activate it at aprox. 2:30 pm. I was on hold for aprox. 10-15 min. when another automated voice instructed me to leave my name and phone # and the next available agent would call me back. I waited until aprox. 5:15pm and then sent a e-mail to George the individual who originally signed us up. He answered the e-mail by phone within aprox. 15 min. He apologized and said he would attempt to get the activation dept to get back to me within 20-30 min. Unfortunately that did not happen. I sent him another e-mail to notify him of this fact at about 9pm. He sent me another e-mail indicating that someone would contact me the next morning.... Read More
Yesterday my elderly friend and roommate pressed her button and nothing ever happened. She was in great pain and didn't understand what was happening to her. When I cam in to give her meds and check on her, she was obviously in great discomfort and had told me that she had pressed the button to no avail. I decided to put it to a test. I pressed the button on the home pad and it rang and rang and rang for about 5 minutes. Eventually someone came on and said asked if we needed help. What a big difference 5 minutes could make and what's worse, the fact that a button that is suppose to be sensitive enough to detect a fall couldn't even detect that the button had been pushed and could have cost... Rating is for the sales portion only. Have not yet received the product. Jessica was outstanding. Very professional, knowledgeable and showed she cared about the customer. Having been in sales and sales management for 30 years, I would highly recommend her.
Jessica in Customer Service was excellent: patient, knowledgeable, and efficient. She was quick to respond to questions via email and chat.
My brother and I contacted Medical Guardian on July 4th. The gentleman that helped us was wonderful explaining and helping us with the protection choice for our father. 2 days later our choice arrived. I called and spoke with another friendly, helpful gentleman that got our device activated. My brother and I feel a more comfortable that our father will get the medical attention he needs if we aren't able to be with our father. Thank you for your help and the help my father my need in the future.
Still haven't received the device so cannot tell you if it works or not. Very disappointing.
