Where to begin!!! DO NOT EVER PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE WITH THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!! Started calling March 24 to ask about filing a claim. Have made unlimited calls but was placed on a 1 -2 hour hold each time. I wanted to talk to someone about a claim but NEVER HEARD from anyone. I did get an e mail sometime in April saying CSA would get back to me and even had a "claim" number in the e mail even though I had NEVER even filed one as I wanted to speak to a live person first. Tonight I got an e mail saying "We have reviewed the information provided regarding your recent travel disruption. Unfortunately, the cause of loss is not due to an event that is covered by the plan... Read More

not worth it with the way the world is, do not stand behind the travel since it was canncelled. all I received was a run around. This was a trip to Australia. understand one part is Justfly, they do not stand by there product.

Same horrible experience w CSA as everyone else. Purchased insurance in Dec 2019 for rental house in Outer Banks NC for May. Due to COVID flights cancelled and stay at home order. Filed claim mid April. Finally after 8 weeks received email that it’s not covered. Owner of rental home was NOT cooperative either. Wouldn’t even give us an alternative date! Contacted VRBO many times. They were requesting owners to give alternate dates but our owner refused. “Supposed” to be escalated. Right... heard nothing further from VRBO in 10 days. I’m out $2000.

Had to cancel my trip because of Covid19. The airlines refunded me without question, the property where I had made the reservations refunded me their portion. Only the insurance company did not, unethical, appalling practices. I will never purchase their products or make a purchase from a business that uses their services.

Like many of the comments already left, our travel plans were thwarted by no-travel orders in our home state as well as the state that we were travelling to. So we were left in no-mans land. Submitted our claim to CSA on April 10th. On June 2nd our claim was officially denied. Basically we were to stupid to realize that the World Health Organization declaring a crises absolved CSA from any responsibility. How terribly disappointed I am with this company. I have left feedback for VRBO voicing my displeasure with their recommendation of CSA. I have informed VRBO that if they continue to recommend CSA to their customers I will not be using their service either.

CSA as a company is a rip off I planned a trip in December 2019 to go to Oak island, Nova Scotia The owner of the house - by himself -cancelled the reservation in early February I had purchased trip interruption insurance and accidental coverage insurance for the house rental Now CSA refuses to return that money I have placed a claim thru them and heard back that- the owner of the house cancelling his own reservation was not a covered benefit under the trip cancellation policy Really !!!! Is CSA trying to run a scam CSA should be investigated by the Attorney General for their fraudulent and dishonest business practices I sadly see that I am not alone in... Read More

I was supposed to go on a trip to florida in April of 2020- Florida closed down all rental houses and my state of VA had stay at home orders. The cancelation policy states that Quarantine is covered but when I filed my claim this type of quarantine was not covered becasue the government required it. I am so upset I lost over $1000.! What could I do I couldn't go on the trip because the house I rented was closed down. Also I sent them a doctors note that my aunt who was sick could no longer go on the trip as she is 81 and unable to travel but that wasn't covered either! Don't waste you money on this garbage!!!

Will never use this company again and will not recommend it to anyone. I would give CSA Travel Insurance "0" rating if possible. The trip was cancelled due to COVID-19 and we have not been refunded even for the cost of the insurance, our case was denied for no reason really. Sure they will take your monies though. Funniest part was when we received their denial message where they thank us for giving them the opportunity of "helping us in this most difficult time" "Helping us!" By doing what?

To Whom it may concern,  I am very disappointed as to the way that my refund is being handled by your company. Everyone in the world has been quarantined due to the Cronia 19 virus. I have request a refund from your company more than once. The Governor of the state of Michigan where I live stopped all travel as of March 23,2020. We had a trip planned for April 04, 2020 to April 11, 2020. The place that we were going to rent from sent this attached message. Which has also been giving us grief, I understand that this is a rare circumstance, but none the less these changes I had no control over.
