Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

Select offers the best coverage, at an affordable price. other companies offer to pay WHAT THEY PAY for the replacement of an appliance, which is much less than I pay as an average consumer. Select replaces the appliance! Always read the fine print on any offer!

Their were rocks stuck in the fan outside in the heating system, how it got there I had no idea. I am just glad that SHW warranted the claim and repaired the work. It took them a total of 5 days to approve and repair the necessary work.
