Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

Water was leaking from my vent and needed servicing. My claim was accepted on a Tuesday and Select sent me a company on Thursday. The repair fixed a broken line. I am happy with Select

I own a bronze plan to cover my fridge, dish washer and oven. The claim I will discuss is for my washer. It was handled well and the vendor that replaced the door was fully able to handle the problem.

Two men came to fix a roof panel that fell off during some heavy wind. It is nice to know that little things like this are covered and it does not cost much money so very affordable on a budget.

Was in need of A/C repair when I called the company. They got in touch with someone in my area and had them dispatched for repair. The call and service technician was a pleasant experience. The wait between original call and the time I received service was not (4-5 day wait). I also did not like the hassle of having to gather service records and take pictures of the unit to send in before they would pay my claim.
