Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

I am completely exstatic with my replacement microwave oven. It is stainless steel and has excellent power. It was covered under my policy and I am happy the replacement wasn't a basic model. Customer Satisfied

I received a call back from my online roof leak report. The call was less than 24 hours after I submitted that claim. The caller was very polite and requested information to verify who I was, what the property address was and what the problem was specifically I needed help with. I went over the issue. she stated that she would be getting a contractor in our area to come and check out the issue. She asked about the type of roof, attic and if it was accessable to the repairman. She assured me that it would be taken care of and that I would be getting an email confirmation or a call back with which contractor would be out to do the repair.

We paid an additional premium to have pool added yet you exclude anything that would realistically go wrong with a pool. You do not cover "leaks" well to me that mean if the pool leaks not if my sand filter is broken and it leaks because of it. I was sure that you would find some way out of fixing it and yet the first problem we had where we do have "expensive" home repairs you are not there to help and we are paying for it ourselves. You have so many exclusions that you do not really cover anything.
