Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

I have a large island in my kitchen and the sink was leaking. This normally would be an expensive fix. The last time I had an issue I had to pay out of my pocket. This time the warranty covered everything and protected my kitchen from water damage.

We filed a claim for the refrigerator, and although it has taken a month it looks like the repair has been approved so we are just awaiting parts. Reps have been courteous, wait times on the phone have sometimes been short and other times up to 15 minutes. Looking forward to a successful resolution to our claim

They responded quickly. The plumber that was sent to do the work at my house was very competent. I was a little nervous before he arrived, simply because it was a company that I never heard of before and could not find anything online about him. My concern with any of the warranty companies is that you have to just take whoever they choose to send and I have had bad experiences in the past. However he was very professional, he worked quickly and got the job done. The whole process only took two days, From my original call to the completion of the job.

We have a 2018 microwave that already broke in a year.. Select Home easily tracked down a new panel and had a staff member come to us and replace it. The whole ordeal was taken up professionally and smoothly.
