Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

I am all about warranty. I don't keep my annual AC maintenance receipts so they only paid 150 of what turned out to be an 1154 bill. Disappointing considering the tech said annual maintenance had nothing to do with the problem with my AC.

Called to say the contractor backed out of doing home insurance service calls so I was given the option of picking my own plumber to do the work & get reimbursed what I paid. So I just paid the plumber his charge for fixing my problems then will receive a check minus the $45 co-pay for the rest!

They covered all my complaints and claims in ample time. Usually they take about a week for processing the claim and shipping someone out to me. It is pretty good timing for such an affordable warranty care program.
