Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

I join the program in the summer of 2018. The person that sold me the plan said everything is covered no problems. I finally made it clean March 2019 and my claim was rejected I feel like it was unprofessional of them not to inform me that the icemaker in my refrigerator will not be covered so if I would like to have the cover it’s additional fee. I’m happy with the service I called to get more information on this and I was told someone will call me back at it wait on the phone is more than 10 minutes and they will return my phone call it was 6:00 PM and I still didn’t get a phone call back more than six hours later to find out that my claim was rejected this reason. I was able to initially submit claim online, still had to speak with a rep to finish filing the claim. I wish that I could be able to track the status online. That would make it better for me.

If I could say just an easy two words with Select Home it is "No Stress". At no point did I have to worry about anyone being late or not having the parts in stock. Simply put a top of the line service provider for warranty services

I will never not have a warranty again! I was bailed out big when my septic tank over flowed. One day service and everything covered! Parts and labor. A real value for my budget.

Your company deliberately lies and cheats their customers. You do not respond quickly to problems refuse to return phone calls will not schedule contractors to help your customers,. It seems as though you can't even get contractors to work with you because you won't fulfill your own contracts. All you do really is take money, put it in your pocket and don't pay anything.

I made an attempt to use another home warranty program and it was a mess and a waste of money. Select helped me transition over and after 30 days I made my first claim and it was controlled all the way through. Great wondeful experience!

If I had not purchased the select warranty a few months ago I would have had to pay for my new boiler. The warranty saved so much money for me that I will continue to tell my friends about your services.

There was a big bang in my basement and I ran down to find my dryer belt snapped. With my warranty plan I called select and asked for a service center. They gave me no problem and four days later I had a repair company and they brought a new belt. Just great that they were ready with supplies!
