Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

Select was by far the best to deal with in repairing my hot tub. They managed to find the right guy and in turn he was able to find the right parts. It took a couple weeks to complete the job but it was well worth it at the price and to find the parts.

To this point I am very please with Select Home Warranty. I worked out a very good deal that included some additional services in my house. After two months I filed my first claim successfuly. I just started my second claim and the same support rep is guiding me through the process.

I would like to thank you for the excellent handling of my claim. You sprung right into action when I had a leak and guided me through closing my water till you get there. Now the work is complete and the plumber was fantastic too.

Mike was very responsive and helped my claim along. I did not have a very long wait and my claim was 100% complete in 10 days. The warranty cost me $399 for the year.

They do a good job working with us, the only problem we have had is finding contractors for our area. We live in a more remote area so contractors don’t want to come out. But select home warranty have really tried to make it work for us. They do a good job overall .

I have been with your company for one year. I had my washing machine go out and was worried I would have to wait for days to have someone to come to repair it. I had a man come out within 2 days and he fixed it with no problem. He was very nice and I have not had any other problems with it since. I am a widow and 72 and got this coverage so I don't have to worry about anything if they go out. I just renewed for longer this time just for the piece of mind.

I found my initial experience to be most acceptable. However, once the plumber showed up and completed the work and called for approval, it was a cluster. He was on hold for about 45 minutes, being transferred from person to person. Due to this unnecessary delay, I was out of work for 3 hours, just waiting on your people to figure out what they were doing. I would suggest more hands on training for the individuals that are answering the phones and supposedly approving the work orders. I have an additional claim in which I am still waiting on a call from the provider, hopefully this one will be handled more professionally and timely.
