Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

This is my first time to use Select Home Warranty and my first claim. The company worked promptly . I called Monday afternoon and my problems were fixed on Wednesday morning. And the contractor is professional. I am satisfied with this company.

Friendly staff and great service people in the area. I had no problems making a claim and having my sink repaired. Plumber was registered with the town and thorough and clear with his work report.

Company is a SCAM! Placed 1st claim now over 2 weeks and dishwasher not repaired. Placed claim and was told 24-48 hours for tech to be on site. Was told I'm responsible for $125 service fee when tech arrived. My contract shows $60 fee. After 72 hours no one called or came to my house no email of the claim. Called SHW again to express my concerns on tech not showing and cost of fee being different than contract. Amazing e-mail came in the techs company & phone number. I called the tech company and they don't do service in my area too far. Called SHW again, gave them a couple of companies that were recommended by neighbors. They said it would be at my cost to have repairs performed... Read More

Green Air was punctual and knowledgeable. Somehow the vent had tons of dust and dirt build up causing poor air flow. All cleaned out and they left no mess for me to clean up. That was a huge plus. During the work you can imagine how much dust came out.

I am a contractor that submitted 62 invoices over a month ago and have emailed and called numerous times. I get told someone will return my call in 24-48 hours. LIES!!!! I expect payment for completed work. This is unacceptable.
