Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

My pipe was clogged and i tried to drain it and nothing happened. Select helped me with me with a plumber and they repaired a piece . He fixed it

My rental property was having an issue. It wasn't clear what the problem was but it had to do with the oven and Select was very Helpful and arranging something with my tenants . All is well

My shower had no pressure when I turned it on. I called Select and they sent a plumber with in 24 hours. They Fixed the problem and everything is fixed. MY shower head now is A+

Don't use this company, I had a house fire August 4, 2017. I had just started my service plan with them a couples month before that, I try to call and see weathered they could suspend my service or cancel and give me a refund on the month that wasn't used. Anything would have been better than just a hang up on me. Since I had lost everything, I decided to just take my lost and move on but someone from their office call me every single day to ask me to renew contract. Yes I put them on my block call but they called from different numbers . And once again I call to get on a stop calling me and what do I get, a phone hung up in my face. My Microwave stop working. Select finally told me to replace it and they sent me a check in the mail with in 2 weeks, Fairly reasonable. Very happy Thanks

My sprinkler system was not sending off enough water. I called Select over the weekend and a plumber came this morning and fixed the problem. Highly recommend

My AC broke Friday night. I called Select and got the after hours I had a Rep call me the following morning and they sent A REPAIR MAN for my AC right away. Im so thankful for them especially in this heat

RUN don't walk away from this warranty company! The salesman promised they were the best. Promised they service within the hour. Said they were A+ BBB rated. The customer service is a joke. If you have hours to waste out of your day try to contact them. I was on the phone from 3:15 to 4:51 talking to no less than 7 people and still nothing was resolved. The company they had us contact for service won't work for them because they don't pay them. I've left messages for an employee named ELI who originally contacted me, he doesn't return calls.
