I was calling to get a quote and the sales rep was very rude when I told him that I would have to discuss it with my husband!
My mom lives in Alaska and her freezer motor wasn't on. I called select. This was her first claim. They were very quick and answered all our questions. She lives in a far area. They worked really hard to get a technician and he was at her door step with in 24 hours.
My pool was working perfectly the day before. The next morning i got up and it looked terrible and the motor was not on. I tried cleaning it . It didn't work. I called Select not even knowing if it was covered. Sure enough it was. They sent over a pool Company and he worked quickly and professionally. It was fixed by the end of the day. We are grateful for Select. And we highly recommended them
My washing machine was not draining out the water enough and my clothes were soaking wet. I needed a dryer for 2hrs per load. So I called Select and they sent over a plumber who did his thing and fix it. I'm finally back on track with my laundry. Thanks Select and Plumber who came by.
Very good service. The service contractor hired to repair the dryer was very professional. So far I am very pleased with Select Home Warranty.
This company are criminals they stole from myself and my 89 year old mother. Buyer don't buy their reviews are 80% fake. DO nOT BUY anything from them!!!!!
The water was running all night in my Sons bathroom. The noise was so loud and irritating. I called Select Yesterday and told them. First thing this morning a plumber came and repaired a pipe. I highly recommend The plumber and Select. Quick and Easy
DO NOT PURCHASE THIS WARRANTY. IF YOU DO....READ ALL THE FINE PRINT WHEN THE POLICY COMES. ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE OLDER APPLIANCES. THEY MIGHT NOT BE COVERED OR WILL BE PRORATED. SOME PEACE OF MIND THAT IS. I have been without hot water for a week. Ok, it's the 4th of July week and I had to wait. I was told that the service technician would be here today between 9 AM and 11 AM. After 1030 AM I called the company to see when they would be here and was told I was the next customer. I called again at 1 PM when no one came and they would not answer the phone. My Fridge was semi cold no matter how high it turned on. Select said they would have a tech call me right away. That's exactly what happened. The fixed it and saved all my food.
My Electric was not turning on. Select sent a technician over quickly. He repaired the problem. Reliable company
