Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

I bought my personal home warranty and rental home warranty. Every time I had terrible experience. This company either find a way not to pay or they delay so much. If they pay then will pay only small claim which is not worth it since you pay $45 for service call. Make sure you go thru every fine prints before you sign up. I had pool claim which was denied, I had fridge claim which was denied, I had washer, claimed 3 weeks ago, someone came to fix it couple of days ago after called multiple time and I was told that fixed it and problem still exist. Called them again and I was told to take $100 cash and use it fix it my self and no one will fix it for $100. Basically this warranty is good... Read More

Had problems with getting AC fixed so ended up pauing out of pocket hotest day. Week of year. Took about. 2 weeks to even file a claim or get get a I person tp talk to. Cacel service they were no good for me

My microwave broke. I called SHW to file a claim and they ended up reimbursing me for a replacement microwave. I just received my check and everything was handled very smoothly. I highly recommend them.
