Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

My dryer was not heating my clothes. Select home sent over a Technician and he fixed all within 20 minutes of walking thru the door. Thanks

We have a second home on the West Coast , Our tenants called that the AC was out. We called select home and they sent a technician out and he replaced and repaired what needed to be done.

My AC went out last Friday. It is now Wednesday night. I have called these people every day except Tuesday because they assured me on Monday that they would contact me within 24-48 hours. Today they told me they would call me very soon and assured me that my situation would be placed on emergency status. I am 71, I live in central Texas and the temperature hovers around 100 degrees during the day. No contact. They told me today I could call my own technician and 'get (them) on the line'. When my disposal broke, they told me to buy my own unit ($78) and they would reimburse me, which they did ($75) two months later. They refused to pay to have it installed ($185). Select home warranty does not have service providers in most areas. The service providers they have are of low quality, customer service is below average & be sure to get all their promises in writing. Before I paid for coverage, I made the sales person provide me written guarantee which allowed me to cancel after two months of inadequate service. Bigger companies provide better network of service providers to respond to service calls.

toilet in my guest bathroom was not flushing. Select sent a plumber with and he needed to order a part, he came back 2 days later and fixed the problem. Great service

My Washing machine wasn't turning on. I called Select Home and they had a contractor contact me right away and he came out the next morning to fix the problem. Highly recommended
