Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

My AC unit was sounding like something was wrong. I called Select right away and they had someone come with in 24 hrs to come and check it out. They fixed the problem right away. So happy with there contractor and the customer service

This company is a scam !!! First of all anytime you call to place a claim you are on hold a minimum of 30 min. They look for any way not to pay for the items they promise they cover. I purchased a home and was told that inspection and maintenance records I had on file would cover my air conditioner then when there is an actual issue with the ac they are saying NO they require 3 years of maintenance records or all claims will be denied. How am I suppose to have records from before I moved in. I have been with out ac for 72 hrs waiting for our warranty company to help us out. But here we sit in the heat because this company is a complete SCAM... stay away. Save yourself the headache
