other than the response, after pushing the button, taking longer, we have nothing negative to report. my wish is that I had subscribed to a company closer to home.

One day my dad accidently put his emergency button down too hard on the dresser. The alarm triggered and Bay Medical tried to correspond with him. The speaker is in the kitchen and Dad was in the back bathroom and didn't hear it. Bay Medical called the rescue and me. When I got to my dad's house the rescued was across the street instead of at my dad's house. Someone had given the wrong address to the squad (maybe the 911 operator). I called Bay Medical, thanked them for being on top of the situation, verified the correct address, and signed off on the rescue run.

I started using Bay Medical for my mother after she fell. She fell 3 times after we got it and it has been great! First they try to call her, then the ambulance, then her kids all in a matter of minutes! I would highly recommend!

Thankfully, I have not had to use the services. I did, however, accidentally set off the alarm. The gentleman who answered was so very kind and reassuring; it left no doubt in my mind that, if needed, I will receive the best service possible.

Fortunately I have not had need of the service so far. However there was a power outage here a few weeks ago and Bay Alarm were quick to call one of my emergency numbers and assertane all was well with me. Jean Crookes
