So far I am very pleased with Bay Alarm, I originally purchased it for my mom who lives by herself and is 87 years old, it's just a relief to know if anything happens all she has to do is push a button, she has pushed her buttons on accident and the response was very quick. I highly recommend Bay Alarm.

It is comforting to know that I have the Bay Alarm Medical Alert system. I actually utilized the alert call button during falls at home. EMT help was dispatched and everyone on the call list were promptly notified. Bay Alarm Medical Alert team members are always professional and courteous.

we have had to use several times and they have been excellent. Always polite and response in a timely manner. We have had several times that we have accidently set off the alarm and again they are always very polite and stress that they are glad everything is ok.

At 5 AM this morning the alert system started yelling to check my batteries which woke me up.(My batteries were all ok) I saw that my button had fallen under my right arm pit which may have caused the alert system to go off. But I had to wait almost 5 minutes before a "person" got on the line to ask if I was ok. It usually doesn't take that long for a person to check on me.
