I purchased this for my mom a little over a year ago, she is 88 and lives alone. She has had the need to use it twice. Both times I received a call from Bay Alarm alerting me that she had called them, and then again after they had been to see her, to let me know she was okay. My mom told me that both times attendants arrived, they could not have been nicer, or more solicitous to her. The Bay Alarm system has given me peace of mind, and I know that my mom will be taken care of, in the event I can't get there fast enough.
Everything is working well without any problems.
Super responsive. Great customer service. Tremendous peace of mind. A great service well worth the money.
Very responsive! Dispatchers are always very prompt, courteous, and calming. They help assess the situation as to what kind of response is needed and then stayon the line until the appropriate help arrives. They are also non-alarmist when contacting emergency contacts to advise of the situation.
Responded to an accidentally sent alarm quickly and with much kindness and patience for my mom. Hope she never needs the real deal but happy to know how efficient Bay Alarm is if néeded.
They held me hostage at the end and charged me hundreds of dollars to get rid of system. Would not recommend.
I've had a few problems along the way with the Med. Alert - it's either the charger or the actual button - but when I call about it, you folks have always been helpful and concerned, and have gotten me back on track.
I'm very grateful to have this device. I feel safer, knowing that help is not far away, even though my device seems to be rather persnickity at times...

I signed up for an elderly friend. I did extensive due diligence and came to this relationship. We have no complaints and are happy to continue...Thank you...
As far as I know this thing will work for me. I had contemplated getting a service like this one, but didn't. Boy, do I regret that. I fell in my house and was unable to get up. I could not reach a phone, or bathroom, food, or water for four whole days and nights. I finally got someone to notice and they called the paramedics who had to break in to get me. Thereafter, I spent five days in the hospital. Now, I have the GPS model of the Bay Alarm Medical Alert so they can find me anywhere in the US if I need help.
