Our mother has nothing but good things to say about your customer service. She had some issues with her pendant and the representatives were polite and extremely helpful. This is a great relief to all seven of her children. While most of live nearby, we all have full lives; your service gives us the security to know that should anything unusual happen help will be summoned before and aid given before any of us arrive. You have helped us reach our goal of keeping our mother in her own home for as long as SHE wishes. Thank you.
This service is a life saver. My Mom fell down some steps and the service responded immediately. She always tells me how much comfort she has when wearing the monitor. I would definitely suggest this service for any single senior living at home.
I have been a Bay Medical customer for over a year, having purchased a plan for my Mother, who lives alone. Even though we haven't had to use the service until recently, it has been a huge comfort to know that she can receive emergency help at any time. A few weeks ago, my Mother had a medical emergency involving her heart, and not only was the staff member efficient and knowledgeable, but all emergency contact numbers were called (including mine) by a real person, not a recording. We set my mom who lives alone with Bay Alarm. It gives us piece of mind knowing that if she has an emergency she can get help with Bay Alarm if she is unable to call us. Thank you Bay Alarm for that extra security it gives us.
I begged my mother, who is 87, for 2 yrs to get an alarm. Finally I had her cardiologist tell her that she thought it was a good idea so my mother agreed! After only having it for several months, my mother was outside doing yard work when she stepped backward she lost her balance and fell and broke her hip. She immediately pushed the button on her wristband and tried to yell to the postman, but she is 500ft off the road. She didn't think that it worked but shortly after the police showed up and the ambulance. Bay Alarm tried to reach my mother and couldn't. I feel much safer and more confident with this GPS.
Whenever I have called with a question or a concern, I am greeted by a cheerful, caring, and knowledgable person that makes me feel that I am important to them.
I think this service is SUPER!
We now have a sense of security and Mom can maintain an independent lifestyle. It was easy to set up and associates were nice and helpful.
I have had a BayMedical Alert since I moved into my condo in March 2016. Have only used it to test the system, in case I do need help in a hurry. The response time to answer my alert is within a minute (although it would seem an eternity if I was down on the floor hurt). Very clear questions from the person who responds and they talk to me enough to be sure I am ok and not in need of emergency help when I touch the button I wear around my neck 24/7. I appreciate being able to feel safe when I am alone most of the time. Good company.
Several times my mom has taken off her fall necklace and put it on the counter ...apparently, a little hard. The call came quickly to me and all the proper questions and verifications occurred. It. Is superfantastic and a relief to know my mom is protected.
I cannot recommend Bay Alarm enough! I purchased it for my mother. She is 87 and lives alone, and I live about 25 miles away in a city without a car. She called me one night to tell me she had fallen (she was ok), but scared and hurt. I told her to use her system and within 10 minutes she had EMS at her door. I was called immediately as well, and they called me afterwards to let me know she was alright. The best part was they also called her doctor, who then called my mom the next day to come and be checked out. All was well. But serious kudos to Bay Alarm for the speed and efficiency they exhibited.
