I researched a lot of different systems before choosing Bay Alarm Medical and I chose them because of their customer reviews and the length of time they have been in business compared to other companies. I had never heard of them before researching the best system to choose, all of the other systems advertised on TV all of the time had horrible customer service rating. We purchased your service for my mother (age 91) after she had a fall in the shower and was unable to get up or contact anyone. She was on the floor for 7 hours!
Since she has your alarm now, she has already used it twice. Once was a "mistake" and we were able to notify you to cancel the emergency services. The second time was a real fall and she needed to be taken to the hospital.
In every case, your representatives have been responsive, efficient and quick! Thank you so much.
We have Bay Alarm for our mom. She has had a number of instances where she had needed this service. The response has always been very positive. The representative has been courteous and prompt. The price compared to other companies with this service is better. We switched to Bay Alarm for their less expensive price and have not been disappointed.
I ordered this for my parents due to the fact that even though they still get around ok it is becoming more difficult. They are not ready to leave their home but extra assistance is always helpful. I have been very pleased Thankfully they have not needed to use their devices but my mom accidently hit hers trying to open a jar. She said they were right on it calling her before she even knew she had hit it. My father said they wouldn't hang up until they knew he was safe too. I definitely have a much better peace of mind knowing they have this. Thank You
We have had only one instance where my mother fell, but was able to get up unassisted. In that instance the wrist alarm worked as advertised. We are very happy with the service
Bay Medical has been an outstanding source of comfort to me. Whether I activated the "HELP" button needing immediateassitance or once or twice in error, they have been right there with a response. The responders have always been polite and helpful. I am hapy I chose Bay Medical for my home.

My mother wears her alert button which has the fall alert on it. Even though she has not actually fallen, the alarm has gone off many times for various reasons and Bay Medical Alert has been right on top of it by asking if she is okay. Even though mom lives with my sister, it puts our minds at ease knowing she will get help if she needs it!
Have been quite pleased with Bay Alarm. My mother has had to call them twice in the past 6 months and both times they have been polite, professional, caring, prompt,and called my family members in a timely fashion to alert us. Even the paramedics said they were great and did exactly what was expected of them. Thank you Bay Alarm!
We have been very pleased with Bay Alarm Medical Alert. We installed the unit for my 81 year old mother, and we are so glad that we did. She has had a couple of episodes that required her to "push her button." Bay Alarm was very quick to respond to mom and called us immediately. Even though mom lives across the street, it has given us a sense of security in her safety issues.
I can't say enough about Bay Alarm Medical. The system works well, and the staff is wonderful! We have never needed the system for a real emergency, but we test the equipment monthly, and always get a prompt reply. My mother has moved several times since we got her equipment and each time the customer service was excellent in transferring the contact information and address change. I would recommend Bay Alarm Medical Alert to anyone!
