This is my first time using a medical alert and Bay Alarm has been wonderful! Anytime I push the button to test my system, everyone is so concerned that I am ok and so nice about me testing my machine. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who has this type of need. A+ service and professionalism.
Easy to find out details in searching for a system, and clearly able to determine this system had what was needed. Then super easy to order and track. Very simple to install and test. Friendly responder during that test of the system too. Everything's looking like this system is going to do EXACTLY what we needed for my mother-in-law.
There are quite a few medical alert systems and I spent a bit of time researching and selecting the best for my Mother, for that is what she deserved. The Bay Alarm equipment was first rate, functioned as promised, and the support staff were SUPER! They resolved any and all issues and were quite helpful when we did make mistakes or triggered an alert by accident. If you are in the market for a medical alert device look no further than Bay Medical, you will not be disappointed.
We have had to use the call button several times. Each time the Bay representative, was quick, very professional and most important gave assurance to my wife until the emergency responders arrived. When ever we've had questions or issues with the equipment they have been very prompt in addressing them We are very happy with the service from Bay Medical.
You guys have--and I'm not being dramatic--saved my father-in-law's life twice in the last year. (He lives with my wife (his daughter) and me in our finished basement.) No complaints. And thank you!

I have been a owner for almost 3 years now and am happy with the service. I have gotten 2 friends to also sign up, snd yhey are happy.
Thankfully we have not had to officially use you for our mother in a real emergency. However, mom has accidentally hit the button not realizing it and you have been extremely above and beyond helpful. Everything you promised would happen in the case of an emergency, you did. Thank you!
Did the job needed but my mom just wasn't satisfied with it, However you product is great.
