I have had only good experiences with Bay Alarm. Every time I has a question or needed something from them, they have given me excellent service and accurate answers. The response time is quick and everyone I have spoken to seems to care about their clients. I have the Bay Alarm systems for my 89 year old mother who lives alone. I feel very comfortable knowing that she is in good hands with Bay Alarm.

This is awesome. My Mom just last Monday July 11, 2016 had to use her call button and within minutes I was informed and the medics showed up and saved her. She got out of the hospital 7-14-2016. Home hopefully for a while, she is 86! Love her so much. I am her only caretaker, Sunshine

To whom it may concern: My husband and I agreed with our family that we should have a protective device in our home, due to our advancing age, and that's when the family went full speed ahead and contacted Bay Medical based on AARP'S recommendation. The simple instructions with diagrams for installing the Bay Medical system was quite helpful, as was the telephone operator who patiently answered all of my questions and concerns. Now, with Bay Medical devices installed in the KEY AREAS of our home, my husband and I are feeling a good bit safer in the event we experience a fall or a medical emergency. Welcome to our home Bay Medical !!!!!

I was not home and if it were not for Bay Alarm my husband would have been laying on the floor (badly hurt) until I got home. So I am happy we have this service.

I purchased a Bay Alarm medical alert necklace for my mother aprrox. a year and a half ago. About a month ago the base unit for the device stopped working. I called Bay Alarm and talked with them about the issue. They said that I would have to send in $200.00 to receive another unit. I pay a year in advance and I am currently paid up through Dec 2016. So now I have an 89 year old mother that lives alone and no emergency alert unless I give them another $200.00. I fired Bay Alarm and went with Lifeline. I shipped the faulty unit back and Bay Alarm has received it, but refuses to reimburse me for the remaining time paid in contract. They say it is their policy that they do not reimburse for... My family and I purchased the alarm system worn around the neck. Fortunately there was never an emergency where we had to use it. The company "usually" sends a notice that the contract is about to expire, and if they don't hear from you, it will automatically renew. This year was a very difficult year as my father was diagnosed with Alzheimer disease and from Nov. '15 he has gotten progressively worse. Anyone who knows or has a family member suffering from the disease know how traumatic it can be on a family. Consequently, our contract was due to expire June 19, 2016. It has been a very difficult few months, and I never received a renewal notice even as a "courtesy". I realized what... Read More

Thank God I haven't required their services as yet, however, if the GFI on the outlet cuts power to that outlet for more than a minute, I get a call wanting to know if I am alright. They must have a system in place that advises them that there is some sort of power issue. When they call, after checking on me, they let me know that the base is not receiving any power. So far, I am very happy!
