I have a complaint as to the sensitivity of the necklace alarm. It has gone off when I sit down too rapidly or, on one occasion, when I rolled over in bed. When I discussed it with their technical support people, the best advice was not to wear it, which missed the point of a fall alarm. On the other hand, their people responding to the alarm are always prompt.

My mother has had a bracelet with Bay Alarm Medical for two years now. She is 88 years old and lives by herself. We children can rest assured that if something happens to her when no one is around, she can just push the button on her bracelet and help will be on it's way. This is a huge relief to us as we cannot be with her 24/7. When we do the test calls, the operators are always very timely and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone who is worried about their loved one being alone.

We have been using the alert system for 3 months, since my mom had heart trouble. It gives both her and us great peace of mind for her safety. This has helped her to have more freedom again.

I am pleased to use Bay Alarm Medical because I live alone and am unsteady on my feet. It gives peace of mind to my family and me. I accidentally pressed the button on my necklace and a gentleman immediately asked if I needed help. It works well!!

I'm 84 years of age and spend much time inn the house alone, as my wife has a job in the city. Were I to fall, (and I have taken 2 falls on our stairway) and be unable to recover, the Bay Alarm would notify my wife and bring the Fire Service's Emergency Medical Team. I have tested the range of the device which seems quite adequate, even at some distance from the house. My wife and I are quite pleased with the device--which was recommended by my physician.
