I have contacted Medical Guardian several times with concerns. Each time, they assure me that the issue/issues will be resolved, but that doesn't seem to happen until I call again and again! There is a big disconnect from purchase to delivery of equipment. I have purchased this product for two family members, the first product did not arrive, and I called after two weeks and it was finally overnite delivered. The product was new, looked great, easy to install. The second product was not delivered, after calling it was overnite delivery. When I opened the box the equipment was old and apparently recycled, could not compare to the other delivered product. It's been months with multiple phone... Read More

My husband switched from another company's device to this one because he found out that he didn't have fall protection when he thought that feature had been activated - and no one notified him. Medical Guardian has been very helpful at all times, ensuring that he does have the coverage he requires (he's 90, so fall protection is very important). The device is easy to use but one caution: it's extremely sensitive and that's one thing we've had to get used to so that it doesn't activate a fall when, indeed, no fall has happened. We recommend this company highly.
I am very pleased with the Medical Guardian Medical Alert system I received. All 'check ins' have been promptly and courteously answered. When my charger would only work if I put a rubber band around it, a new charger was sent promptly without my requesting it. "Accidental" calls are treated with kindness and understanding.
The peace of mind that the Medical Guardian gives me for my Mother when I'm out of town is a great relief.
I live alone and this makes me feel safe..It's a blessing to know all I have to do is press a button..and a real person will talk to me...I have accidentally pressed the button and I was so happy to know it works..for any one that lives alone its a must...
Fell and hit tub press the button took long time to respond

Since I have had my Medical Guardian I have felt safe and more confident. I live alone and this has made it possible for me to keep my independence.
Fortunately, we haven’t had to actually use the service but my grand baby hit the wall button on two different occasions and the response was immediate, my mother could understand and respond that she was ok.
Fortunately I haven't had an emergency requiring your service, but when I've check my device I've been very happy with the responsiveness of your staff. I have a device that I must wear around my neck which I hate. I tuck it in my bra so I don't have a tell-tale string around my neck. Please see if you can get a device which can be worn on my wrist. I want the gps option and have been told the wrist option doesn't support this service.

We launched the Freedom Guardian this week and it may meet your needs. It is a mobile device in the form of a smartwatch that uses GPS and WiFi signals to capture your location just like your Active Guardian does. I have found the Gardian medical device very comfortable. It is very light and sits between my brests without showing even when I wear a tee shirt
