Medical Guardian offers five easy to use and install devices with that can be equipped with optional fall detection and your choice of landline, cellular, or mobile/GPS connectivity.

They have five different medical alert packages available, each equipped with the clients' choice of pendant, wristband, or clip-on water-resistant alert buttons.

Their most affordable system, the Classic Guardian, boasts an impressive 1,300-foot button-to-base station range in every direction and a 32-hour backup battery life. Other devices offer even longer battery life—up to seven days.

Medical Guardian recently introduced the Guardian Mini. The unit is quite petite, weighing in at just over an ounce and measuring 1.38 inches across. You can wear it on a lanyard or clip it anywhere on your person with the clip that's included.

Medical Guardian offers a mobile app that can be set up to issue a variety of alerts to family members. For family members and caregivers who prefer not to install the app, alerts can be delivered via text message or email.

The company’s latest product is the MGMove smartwatch, powered by AT&T 4G LTE. The touch-screen device has a multitude of features that combine the conveniences of a smartwatch with the functionality of a help button. It can report emergencies to the monitoring center using the SOS app, track their steps to keep up with their daily goals, check the weather at any time, and set reminders. The watch can also be used as a messaging device between the user and their Care Circle members.

Its newest product, the MGMove smartwatch, has a purchase price of $199.95 and a service plan that costs $44.95. It offers enhanced features such as reminders and messaging. We purchased a medical guardian mobile necklace with GPS 3 months ago. It charges very quickly and is a huge comfort to us. If you push the button you can get someone immediately or have them call a loved one to assist you with something. Our small kids have pushed it on accident a couple times and someone has always readily responded. I like that it can read your location within 8 ft. I think everyone should have one!

I feel safer with my pendant. I do wish that it would stay charged for a longer period of time or came with a car charger. I tend to travel quite a bit, and the speaker tends to die because I am traveling and do n o t have access to an electrical outlet.

So far, I haven't had to use the system, but the set up was easy, Have monthly tested the system, and it has been working just fine. My kids are very relieved that I have set up the system that is prompt and getting back to me will testing. It is a good feeling to know that I have this security if needed. I am 83 years old, and live alone. Injoy the fact that I can be out in my yard, and still have the security of being monitored while outside.

We are extremely pleased with Medical Guardian. The system is easy to use. They are great when we test the wrist medallion. I like the extra features like texting and emailing our backup emergency contacts. LOVE that there is a lock box in case emergency personnel needs to access a key.

Great response from the service. I would add that if a address has INTERNET connections, then maybe a alexa or siri device can be involved to help with the process.

I live a couple of miles out of town, and have had some communication problems, but with help from your staff, I think I'm OK. For new people - and I'm pretty new - more details for getting the best reception would be helpful. I didn't know that being near metal is a problem, for instance. I don't know if it's OK to put something in front of the communications unit at night, to hide the flashing lights. I don't know if the necklace or wrist band will set the alarm off if I fall down - or if I have to press it. I very much appreciate that the system is not prone to false alarms, as the one I quit was. The wrist band is very comfortable. Your staff has been pleasant and helpful.

I subscribed to Medical Guardian to insure I would have a backup should I fall or have some other emergency. Fortunately I haven’t had to use the service, but it gives me a feeling of security when I am wearing the pendant. Prior to subscribing, I researched the different services offered. This program was rated the highest and by paying for a year I saved 2 months payment.

I am not pleased with the Security Alert that I have. I have had approximately 5 five alerts sent to you and I have never touched the button. I did received quick responses from most of the but on my last false alert. on all but the last false alarm I could have a conversation with your operator. My last false alarm (last Monday) I could hear the operator but she could not hear me. She finally called me on my cell phone and the transferred me some tech. operator. After lengthy discussion she said would suggest I continue trying to use the device or she could just cancel my account!!!!! That was not the answer to the problem and does not speak well for your company.

The folks at Medical Guardian Medical Alerts helped me set up a system for my elderly mother who lives alone in a different state. At first I thought I lucked out and got a really nice customer service person, which is always a great relief. But after several contacts with the company (Billing. tech support. etc.) I discovered that the whole company is just as nice and pleasant as my first contact. The whole experience was great. I highly recommend this company.
