Medical Guardian offers five easy to use and install devices with that can be equipped with optional fall detection and your choice of landline, cellular, or mobile/GPS connectivity.

They have five different medical alert packages available, each equipped with the clients' choice of pendant, wristband, or clip-on water-resistant alert buttons.

Their most affordable system, the Classic Guardian, boasts an impressive 1,300-foot button-to-base station range in every direction and a 32-hour backup battery life. Other devices offer even longer battery life—up to seven days.

Medical Guardian recently introduced the Guardian Mini. The unit is quite petite, weighing in at just over an ounce and measuring 1.38 inches across. You can wear it on a lanyard or clip it anywhere on your person with the clip that's included.

Medical Guardian offers a mobile app that can be set up to issue a variety of alerts to family members. For family members and caregivers who prefer not to install the app, alerts can be delivered via text message or email.

The company’s latest product is the MGMove smartwatch, powered by AT&T 4G LTE. The touch-screen device has a multitude of features that combine the conveniences of a smartwatch with the functionality of a help button. It can report emergencies to the monitoring center using the SOS app, track their steps to keep up with their daily goals, check the weather at any time, and set reminders. The watch can also be used as a messaging device between the user and their Care Circle members.

We have had this for my father in law for a few months now. So far he has not needed to use it but my peace of mind to go to work and run errands knowing if he fell or anything help is a push of a button away is wonderful. He accidentally pushed it once and they responded really quick. He was able to talk to them and let them know he was okay. Well worth the amount paid every month.

Please notify the person before money is taken from his/her account. Many older people forget when this is going to happen and their account may be short.

Before purchasing Medical Guardian I had another brand that was heavy to wear and never worked properly. This time I did much more research and after talking with a MG rep, I decided to make my purchase. I’m sooo glad I did because this is an excellent product. The necklace is very light and easy to wear and the wristband is comfortable. As a 74 year old widow who lives alone, I feel much safer in my home. Highly recommend this product.

Hello, so far service is good. When calling in to perform a monthly test my only concern is its hard to hear the tech from the small unit. It needs to be more sensitive in case person is in another room and especially with seniors whose hearing tends to decline. Thank you!

they are johnny on the spot. they have respond so quickly even if i hit my button by mistake. within minutes i have someone at my house within minutes. it nice to feel so secure. i am by myself at night so my kids feel safe when i am alone. i would reccomend this company to anyone who needs this assurance. its well worth the money. thank you.

Medical Gurdian is a great system. I set it up for my grandmother since she recently fell and now we all feel more at ease knowing the system is in place. Customer service was easy to work with and got us up and running quickly.

When I decided to shop for an alert device I found the customer service at Medical Guardian to be by far the most professional, and made an honest assessment of my needs. The reason for the half star is that on one of the first tests the device failed. To their credit the operator was able to quickly reset the device and I've had no more problems since. I would recommend Medical Guardian.
