I am very pleased with my Guardian. The service in getting it was excellent. It is easy to wear around the house and when I travel. I feel safe and secure now that I have it and I do not worry about falls any more.

Everything came as ordered. Set up was easy and the rep on the phone walked through each step with professionalism. All equipment work great and the response test went smoothly. The only thing about the equipment is the watch type button appears to be cheaply made. The bottom itself is fine, just the band that comes with it. Not sure how long it will last.

The transaction was very quick. The security specialist was very knowledgeable and able to thoroughly answer all my questions to make my decision easier. Competitively priced and fast ship.
My sales representative was Lenny. He was very courteous and understanding of my needs during our phone conversation. He made me feel relaxed and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I called several medical alert companies and found this to be the best with no contracts or "processing" fees. The sales rep was wonderful and sincere.
I am disappointed in your company so far. I placed an order last Friday and at that time George who took my order said we would have it by yesterday, January 11 or today, January 12. I just received a message that the order would be shipped today and will not be received for a week. My father is 97 and I believe he needs your device immediately. I believe George misrepresented the reality of when the order would arrive. I believe it was making promises to make a sale.
I just set up my Guardian service and have not needed to use it yet. Knowing it is there and working properly gives me the peace of mind and security I need. The set-up process was handled efficiently, though the call-back process for registering my additional wristband kept me on hold for 46 minutes! Although I am pleased with the quality of my Guardian Medical Alert System, I am disappointed that the cost of adding fall detection is too expensive for me. That is the main reason why I wanted a service like this. I think fall detection should be included with the base price, not as an added charge. We're very pleased with the quality of the product and feel assured that it helps maintain the safety of our mother. I would have given a 5 star rating had it not taken several days and phone calls to get the device activated. I sat in que a couple of times in excess of 20 minutes, and left at least two messages that were never returned. That was a little disconcerting. When I finally got a live person, the set up was quick and easy, with one glitch. The wall mount device had a defective battery which had leaked and so I had to run to the store for replacement batteries.
Would I buy it again? Yes.
Product came packaged well. The instructions were very clear and setup was simple. Everyone we spoke with was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I would recommend this product to others
