Medical Guardian offers five easy to use and install devices with that can be equipped with optional fall detection and your choice of landline, cellular, or mobile/GPS connectivity.

They have five different medical alert packages available, each equipped with the clients' choice of pendant, wristband, or clip-on water-resistant alert buttons.

Their most affordable system, the Classic Guardian, boasts an impressive 1,300-foot button-to-base station range in every direction and a 32-hour backup battery life. Other devices offer even longer battery life—up to seven days.

Medical Guardian recently introduced the Guardian Mini. The unit is quite petite, weighing in at just over an ounce and measuring 1.38 inches across. You can wear it on a lanyard or clip it anywhere on your person with the clip that's included.

Medical Guardian offers a mobile app that can be set up to issue a variety of alerts to family members. For family members and caregivers who prefer not to install the app, alerts can be delivered via text message or email.

The company’s latest product is the MGMove smartwatch, powered by AT&T 4G LTE. The touch-screen device has a multitude of features that combine the conveniences of a smartwatch with the functionality of a help button. It can report emergencies to the monitoring center using the SOS app, track their steps to keep up with their daily goals, check the weather at any time, and set reminders. The watch can also be used as a messaging device between the user and their Care Circle members.

Its newest product, the MGMove smartwatch, has a purchase price of $199.95 and a service plan that costs $44.95. It offers enhanced features such as reminders and messaging. The service was prompt and courteous. The unit arrived in good time, even considering the holiday. My mother had difficulty putting on the wrist band. Is it possible to have a more friendly design?

Was told equipment was to be delivered 1/5. It wasn't SHIPPED until 1/6. Disappointing. Operator very nice. Not her fault. But my mother needs this equipment asap.

Since using the Medical Guardian Premium Guardian I ordered, it works well wherever I go both home and out and about. Size is small enough to wear, set up was super simple and gives me a feeling of security when wearing it.

I looked around and chose Medical Guardian because Alex answered all of my questions. However, he did not put my order in right thus making me wonder if I gave my money to a fly by night person acting as Medical Guardian and then the number he gave me to get back in touch with him did not lead me to him... I did however get it worked out thru customer service. I tried to email him as well to no avail so I guess we will see what happens...

With the medical guardian leaves my wife feeling free to go shopping or to doctors, and I feel really safe with the unit. This was the smartest move we have made. As I am a housebound veteran and can't be left alone.

I ordered a Medical Guardian Medical Alert on Sunday, November 27, 2016 for my 76 year old mother in California. Even though she has a pretty good support system. Though she close to two of my cousins, three of the grand children and eight children she does not have some one with her all day long and is terrified of falling and breaking her hip. Like most older people she wants to be able to continue living in her own home. To have her weekly brunches, to listen to music or t.v. when she wants to. Our representative, Mary, was very helpful and knowledgeable. There are however, two errors in what I was told vs what I'm encountering as we move forward. One, I was told we would get both the neck button AND the wrist pendant as part of our package. This was not reflected in the confirmation email I received. And, two, I was told we would get a $25 Amazon Gift Card, not the $10 one promised here. I hope these two issues can be resolved or I will have a sour taste in relation to what was promised vs what was delivered and we haven't really gotten started with your company yet. As we have not currently received the actual package for set up yet, I cannot comment on any other parts.
