Medical Guardian offers five easy to use and install devices with that can be equipped with optional fall detection and your choice of landline, cellular, or mobile/GPS connectivity.

They have five different medical alert packages available, each equipped with the clients' choice of pendant, wristband, or clip-on water-resistant alert buttons.

Their most affordable system, the Classic Guardian, boasts an impressive 1,300-foot button-to-base station range in every direction and a 32-hour backup battery life. Other devices offer even longer battery life—up to seven days.

Medical Guardian recently introduced the Guardian Mini. The unit is quite petite, weighing in at just over an ounce and measuring 1.38 inches across. You can wear it on a lanyard or clip it anywhere on your person with the clip that's included.

Medical Guardian offers a mobile app that can be set up to issue a variety of alerts to family members. For family members and caregivers who prefer not to install the app, alerts can be delivered via text message or email.

The company’s latest product is the MGMove smartwatch, powered by AT&T 4G LTE. The touch-screen device has a multitude of features that combine the conveniences of a smartwatch with the functionality of a help button. It can report emergencies to the monitoring center using the SOS app, track their steps to keep up with their daily goals, check the weather at any time, and set reminders. The watch can also be used as a messaging device between the user and their Care Circle members.

It was so easy to do the online application and the system came very quickly. The two times I need to contact Medical Guardian the staff was friendly and helpful.

The representative that I've been working with has been fabulous. The system I went with is the family guardian and I really thought it would be perfect for my mother. We rec'd it very quickly and got it setup but it wasn't working. We've worked with the tech and they can't seem to get it working either. In the meantime as they try and figure this out they sent us the regular system so we had something while we wait. I understand this isn't usual and they are trying hard but it's disappointing that what we wanted isn't working.

The respond average is not faster and i specified since the beginning that i need the service in Spanish for my mom and the process to contac a Spanish Rep is too complicate

The representatives I have spoken with at Medical Guardian have always been very helpful and pleasant. When we received our first device, we were unable to set it up because it was apparently defective. The representative I spoke with said they would send a new device and it was received promptly. The new box contained everything including a return shipping label for the defective unit. We were able to set up and activate the new device very quickly. It really gives us peace of mind to know that our loved one, who wants to remain independent for as long as possible and live alone, will not be left without a way to contact help when needed.

Can't tell you anything about our guardian medical alert system yet only that it was promised delivery for Dec.23rd and didn't receive it. Called and George told me he would check on it and call me back on the 24th or 25th. Didn't get any call back. I called again on the 26th and was told they were running behind and that I should have been told it could take up to 2 weeks. It didn't take only a couple of minutes for guardian to take my money. Now I am told it will be here on the 29th of Dec. So I will see. So far hope there service is better than it has been.

Ordered the alert and was told I would receive it before Christmas This did not happen and then I was billed twice for the unit and told it would take a month for it to be credited back to me . I did contact my person who never called me back ! I did reach someone in the billing department who did try to help. My credit card will be credited in a month. As of 12/28/2016 I have not received my product. Not happy !!!!
