The representatives that I have spoken with have been very courteous and helpful. Doing the checks gave my mom good practice how loud she needs to talk for the representative to hear her. My mom did say that she didn't understand the gal during the wristband check. That is a concern. The representative was not speaking loudly and clearly. I even thought she was hard to understand. Another concern is on the shipping label Mom's name was spelled incorrectly. A representative has told me that he corrected it. I would recommend Medical Guardian.
This rrview is based only on my initial attempt to set up the device. It was confusing when the device started talking to me before I had made the activation call. I wasn't sure if I had done something wrong or not. Also, the type on the written instructions is VERY small. The chart giving the responses is unreadable with magnificatoon. Considering the majority of your users are senior citizens, probably with less than perfect eyesight, I think this should be reworked.
Mike worked with me to purchase a device for my mother. He was incredible in everyway. Thank you for having such competent, knowledgeable and easy to work with people.
The monitoring service seems to be reliable. My dad never had to use the service for an emergency but he said whenever he accidentally pushed the button, someone asked if he was ok. After about 6 months, he told me he never took the device with him and he really didn't want it anymore. I have tried to cancel the service, but was told you have to have the device back in the mail first. That is ridiculous because my Dad is 2500 miles away and I don't know when he can get to the post office. I want the monitoring stopped! I found the representative extremely helpful and accommodating. We purchased this product as a gift and we're comfortable with our purchase after speaking with the representative,Jason.
I have just received my device and have worn it for several days. I hope I never have to actually activate it but it is a comfort to know it is available should I need it. I recently lost my husband and my daughters felt I should have it for their peace of mind as well as my safety.
My Mother 92 years old fell recently. Checked out Medical Guardian Fall Alert. We ordered system and received it within 3 days. It is working great. What a relief to have her alert pendant around her neck, now I will know when she falls at home and help is on its way to her.
I called Kathy Moore at the company and she was quite helpful. Much later that evening, I called back with a change of address, and I actually got Kathy(again), who remembered me and was able to intercept and re-route the monitor-much appreciated. Today, I received a call from Deneen who noted that we had not set up the system. I appreciated the follow up. So far, so good.
We just received the medical guardian. I know we will fill more secure with having it. Everyone has been so helpful.
