Medical Guardian offers five easy to use and install devices with that can be equipped with optional fall detection and your choice of landline, cellular, or mobile/GPS connectivity.

They have five different medical alert packages available, each equipped with the clients' choice of pendant, wristband, or clip-on water-resistant alert buttons.

Their most affordable system, the Classic Guardian, boasts an impressive 1,300-foot button-to-base station range in every direction and a 32-hour backup battery life. Other devices offer even longer battery life—up to seven days.

Medical Guardian recently introduced the Guardian Mini. The unit is quite petite, weighing in at just over an ounce and measuring 1.38 inches across. You can wear it on a lanyard or clip it anywhere on your person with the clip that's included.

Medical Guardian offers a mobile app that can be set up to issue a variety of alerts to family members. For family members and caregivers who prefer not to install the app, alerts can be delivered via text message or email.

The company’s latest product is the MGMove smartwatch, powered by AT&T 4G LTE. The touch-screen device has a multitude of features that combine the conveniences of a smartwatch with the functionality of a help button. It can report emergencies to the monitoring center using the SOS app, track their steps to keep up with their daily goals, check the weather at any time, and set reminders. The watch can also be used as a messaging device between the user and their Care Circle members.

Its newest product, the MGMove smartwatch, has a purchase price of $199.95 and a service plan that costs $44.95. It offers enhanced features such as reminders and messaging. I have to say, I chose Medical Guardian because of the wonderful customer service. I felt I had a team behind the product, and if there was an issue, I actually had a contact to deal with thanks, it was an easy choice.

After my mom fell and layed there for 13 hours, I decided she needed a fall device. Doing much research I chose medical guardian. They were very helpful and price is reasonable. And I like that all employees were located in the USA. Like the representative said," if she presses the emergency button she will not be speaking with someone in Singapore".

We had used the alert services of another brand for a number of years before discovering Medical Guardian was rated tops in the field of medical alerting systems. My wife and I felt that when lives are at risk, why settle for something less than best? So, without hesitation, we returned the old system after signing up for Medical Guardian. Sales staff (Brandon) didn't apply any pressure in prompting our decision and patiently answered all of our questions. Customer Service reps were courteous, professional and helpful. System delivery was prompt and easy to set up. We are extremely happy with our choice of Medical Guardian and suggest others consider them as well.

I have not yet received the item which I ordered. I can say that the person with whom I spoke when ordering, was courteous and knowledgeable. They were also articulate, and easy to work with. The product was described thoroughly as were the pricing options. I have received feedback via email, as to when the product was shipped and have phone numbers for questions which I may have at any time. Thank you for your good customer service. I'm hoping that my sister finds the product satisfactory.
