Stay away from Harmony Home Warranty it is a sham, and they try every way to not pay for the repairs.

I have a contract with Harmony Home Warranty.
Harmony Home Warranty is a scam. They are a cover company for some fake contractor out of New Jersey. They are currently under investigation by the Dpt. of Licensing in California. They sell fake warranty and run a scam business with the same 2 or 3 people answering phones (if they answer). They have recently disconnected their phone number perhaps due to the fact that they have been dropped by BBB and under investigation.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. If you have already, please visit CA Dpt. of Licensing and file a complaint.
Scam Alert!Do not sign up with them! They take your money and run. They don't have a working phone number.

I have been trying to receive my refund since cancelling my policy on 02/09/2021, and nothing to date.
Currently, no way to reach them via phone, all numbers listed are not setup to take calls.
I paid for 3 years warranty for TWO houses....$1750.00....my first call for an issue with the dishwaher that is leaking and there is no answer....they took my money and ran. Phone number is no good- the webpage is only one page...no way to enter the info they request...they will bend you over and take what they want. If there was a negative 10 on the scale, that was STILL to kind for them.
Stay away from Harmony Home Warranty. they are a ripoff. They take your money, and give you nothing in return. You cant call them as what ever phone number you have has been disconnected. Again they are a ripoff. The BBB can't get them to answer any of their calls, The Attorney General is now looking into them.
False advertising! It has been almost a full year that we were promised our refund of $550 and they won’t send it after calling over fifty times. They say “I don’t know why you haven’t got it by now, someone will call you back within 24 hours”. Scam, rip-off artists and I will make sure everyone knows it. Keep changing your phone number!!! They never call and keep your money. BBB can’t even get them to respond!
I contacted the phone number to home warranty home, and found out that the number posted, belongs to home builders , not warranty company. They also said, that they receive many of calls looking for the company. they also believe that the company doe not exist. I guess I am out of $400.00 dollars. I guess I have to pay for my leaky pipe situation. I think we have been scammed
