It doesn't have any reviews with Trustpilot or the Better Business Bureau and we weren't even able to find a company LinkedIn profile to gather more information on the number of employees it has. This makes it difficult to assess its customer service and compare it to others in the industry. That doesn't mean you're going to have problems with Harmony Home Warranty if you purchase a home warranty from it. But it's still kind of an unknown quantity and buyers should be aware of this.

Harmony Home Warranty ripped me off for $600.00 and my daughter for $400.00. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEARTACHE. DON'T BELIEVE A WORD THE SALES GUYS TELL YOU. ABOUT THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A RIP OFF! NOT BBB ACCREDITED! NOT TOP HOME WARRANTY COMPANY!!!!!! I dealt directly witb the owner. He is a big fat liar!

TOTAL SCAM!!!I purchased a home warranty from them last July and paid them $400. Then about three weeks ago I needed someone to come and look at my A/C system. I tried to put in a service request and had to do it online because none of the phone numbers they gave me were still in service. Finally contacted their sales department and the man promised to get it taken care of. Called back the next day and found out that they cancelled my contract in August - and never contacted me. They said they sent a check for $300 (not $400) but I never received it. Now they promise to have someone contact me but no one ever has.

They are thieves; I signed up for service back on 23 Oct 2020 and paid the initial mothly service charge. Then I cancelled that service on 26 OCT 20 via email as they requested. Have yet to receive a refund for that original payment. I was good with that until they deducted another monthly charge this April . A company representative called me and told me of the pending deduction. I then returned the call of the representative and requested a refund of the April charge. He insisted that I prove to him that I had cancelled the service agreement back in October by email as required. I provided the proof and he stated that my payment would be returned. If I was able to actually speak with someone I'd request my money back. This is a ripoff. I have put in 3 different claims on the same appliance, they get completed by someone, not a technician, as no one has contacted me. Their phone number keeps changing, no one answers the phones (they are always busy with others) then a message comes on that says you can leave a message, so I did. If you don't press the pound key you have no idea that the message went no where. It's a scam of HUGE proportions. DON'T FALL FOR THEIR SALE SPEECH. I have tried to contact their corporate office with no results.

SCAM SCAM SCAM I bought insurance 5 months ago and now, when I tried to file a claim, I found that all the phone that they gave me are disconnected after a short check on the web, I think that they changed their name and obviously denying that but they look the same

It's totally a scam! I bought it a year ago, they never fixed anything! I called them to cancel the policy last year, they still didn't refund my premium yet! Never buy it!!

I can't get anyone to answer my questions. Calls are not answered, or messages that I leave never get a response, or e-mails are not answered. As of this date, this company has taken $1999 of my money and provided no service.

This company is a rip off they have stolen $2, 000.00 from me. I have called to submit my 1st and only claim with this company. I spoken to a Rob and an Eli both are rude, when I have asked to speak to Rob's supervisor I was connected to Eli , after speaking to Eli and being told by him that he did not want to talk to me any longer regarding my claim. I then asked to speak with his supervisor, then I was reconnected to Rob. I called again the next day. I was connected to Rob, who informed me that my claim was denied because my stove was in horrible shape according to the repair company. These people took $450 for a 1 year contract. After the 30 day waiting period was up I filed a claim on our dryer. They called me and asked me to find a repairman. I did. He came and submitted what they wanted. Of course this was Friday at 3 PST and no one was there except some answering service person. They are closed on weekends. So. Monday I called and they said our claim was denied. I told them to cancel our contract and return our money. They have not returned a cent. Went to the NY BBB and they finally responded to them saying they would call me and take care of this within 24 hours. They did not and have not for weeks and weeks. Worst company I've used. I have a water leak, filed a claim online, they said they didn't get it, so we completed with the rep. Now it's impossible to reach them.. Since then I've called 12 times and gotten voicemail stating they are not taking calls at this time. no customer rep available, I'm unable to leaving messages.
